Yes! Fortress Active ships from the United States to the U.S., Canada, and many international destinations, including countries across Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Shipping availability is determined at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Refunds: Unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and pet-hair-free items with all original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

• Exchanges: Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a different size.

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Orders — Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the destination country's customs authority. Fortress Active is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Fortress Active is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been scanned and confirmed by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses
