  • Fortress Active is designed for women who want full coverage without sacrificing performance, comfort, or style. Whether you're playing sports, training, traveling, or running errands, our pieces are made for women who move confidently and prefer a more modest fit.

  • No, we do not currently ship outside of the United States. We hope to do so in the near future.

  • We want you to be happy with your Fortress Active purchase.

    • Refunds: Unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and pet-hair-free items with all original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

    • Exchanges: Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a different size.

    • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

  • Order Processing
    All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–5 business days after processing

    • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Shipping Locations
    We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

    Order Tracking
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

    Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
    Fortress Active is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been scanned and confirmed by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

    Incorrect Addresses
    Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
